Investigation by the Data Protection Commissioner

Pursuant to Article 27 of the GDPR, any person may apply to the Data Protection Commissioner if he or she considers that he or she has suffered or is at imminent risk of suffering a breach of rights in relation to the processing of his or her personal data, unless judicial proceedings are pending in the matter. No one shall suffer any disadvantage as a result of having notified the Data Protection Commissioner. A whistleblower is entitled to the same protection as a whistleblower in the public interest.
